Information About Children and Families
Our products are purchased and managed by adults. Children should not create accounts, make purchases, join mailing lists, or submit forms directly. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for any information provided about a child.
When a parent contacts us or completes a form, they should provide only the information reasonably needed for the order or support request. Please do not send school records, medical records, diagnoses, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.
Faith Filled Family Purchases and Downloads
For a Faith Filled Family order, we may process the purchaser’s name, email address, billing and transaction details, account information, selected product, download or access activity, and support communications. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe; inTENNtional does not store complete card numbers.
Service Providers and Website Infrastructure
We use service providers to operate the website and fulfill orders, including Stripe for checkout and payment processing; Supabase for customer authentication and account information; Cloudflare and our website-hosting provider for website delivery, security, private files, and digital delivery; Google Analytics for website measurement; and Brevo for email communications. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate.
Retention and Deletion
We keep order and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Form responses and support messages are retained only while they remain reasonably useful for the purpose for which they were collected. We do not retain personal information merely to create a permanent spiritual, educational, or family profile.
